Future
Health, Incorporated was founded on the belief that the right software can
better the clinic and improve the life of the health care provider. Through the
leadership of a core team of individuals, Future Health has met the demands of
the modern practice by creating efficient and affordable clinic management solutions.
Dr. Steven J. Kraus, Chief Executive Officer, is the
founder of Future Health, Incorporated. He has owned and managed 18
chiropractic and physical therapy clinics throughout the Midwest,
operating his own chiropractic and interdisciplinary practice for 20
years. He is also a consultant for Independent Practice Consultants,
Inc., providing advice to healthcare practitioners around the
country for buying and selling their practices. In addition to his
business endeavors, Dr. Kraus is becoming a prominent figure in
chiropractic, serving as Chairman on the Iowa Board of Chiropractic
Examiners, the Iowa delegate for the American Chiropractic
Association, and former President of the Iowa Chiropractic Society.
His experience, commitment to chiropractic, and financial support
have driven Future Health to become a leading integrated office
management system, and will play a role in advancing the
profession.
David Pedelty, Chief Operating Officer, ensures all
operations and business processes including IT deployment, installation,
training, and customer service are working collectively to maximize the
customer’s experience. Mr. Pedelty holds a degree in Marketing from the
University of Northern Iowa and has a background in operational management
within the electronics industry. His experience lies within Fortune 100
companies such as Wal-Mart and Best Buy. Most recently, Mr. Pedelty was
responsible for assisting in the strategic planning, sales, and operational
management of retail stores totaling $450 million in annual revenues.
Mr. Pedelty brings an expertise that helps Future Health fulfill the
promise to deliver the best support, training, and operational
effectiveness in the industry.
Brian D. Sibenaller, Chief Financial Officer, oversees
all financial reporting, budgeting, departmental cost analysis, and
staffing requirements/training. Mr. Sibenaller has been an integral
player in establishing price strategy and developing lease programs
available to our customers. He holds a degree in Finance from Iowa
State University and a Master’s Degree in Business with an Accounting
emphasis from Iowa State University. Mr. Sibenaller has served as a
Bank Examiner for the State of Iowa for 5 years, and in 1996, started
his own business, Independent Practice Consultants, Inc., a consultancy
for buying and selling health care practices. As owner and operator,
Mr. Sibenaller has worked closely with chiropractors and dealt with
numerous lending institutions that fund millions of dollars in
transactions in the health care industry. His wealth of experience
serves as a major asset to the team at Future Health, Incorporated.
Dom Molloy, Vice President of Business Development,
is instrumental in identifying and establishing strong, mutually
beneficial partnerships with the profession's most exclusive
companies. Mr. Molloy has a background in software development
and solution deployment. He has more than 30 years of experience
with technology consulting firms such as Whitman-Hart in Chicago,
telecommunication companies such as Qwest Communications, and
infrastructure companies such as Fujitsu. Most recently, Mr.
Molloy was Vice President of Service Delivery at Pomeroy IT
Solutions, where he managed upwards of 350 technical resources
and a revenue stream of $30 million. Mr. Molloy brings an
expertise that helps Future Health fulfill the promise to deliver
the latest technological advances available.
Kenneth Dickerson, Vice President of Sales and Marketing,
is responsible for facilitating direct sales and overseeing the
planning and implementation of Future Health’s marketing platform.
Mr. Dickerson has a robust background in business advisory and
consulting with a focus on general software and medical software
sales, healthcare, government technologies, contract management and
procurement and supply chain/logistics. His own successful
entrepreneurial ventures have thrived with his ability to secure
Venture Capital funding which subsequently led to numerous
profitable mergers and acquisitions. His experience and the
promising future of electronic health records will help propel
Future Health to be recognized as the foremost leader in the
chiropractic software market.
Keith Tobler, Board Director, is
responsible for the technical direction of the products, including
interfaces, system architecture and design, platform integration,
backup, recovery and offsite solutions. Mr. Tobler is also
responsible for certification programs that include Microsoft
Certification, HIPPA compliance and the Certification Commission for
Healthcare Information Technology (CCHIT). He holds a Bachelor of
Science degree in Computer Information Systems from Northern
Michigan University and has over 18 years of experience in the
technology field. Mr. Tobler’s 16 years of experience with Discover
Financial Services included networking, system analysis and design,
operations management, call center and data center design and
construction, program development and design, and database
development and design. His last three years with Discover were in
the Enterprise Architecture area focused on strategic planning,
technology outsourcing, R&D, contracts and business development.
Mr. Tobler’s knowledge and talents have had a hand in Future
Health’s success in delivering the best technology available to the
profession.
Michael F. Huber, Technology Development Director,
provides strategic vision and leadership for FHI’s software product
lines and development teams. Mr. Huber has a diverse background in
customer centric technologies such as CRM, knowledge management,
and collaboration. He has more than 15 years of experience in
software development, deployment and support for software companies
such as Ariba, Siebel, PeopleSoft, Oracle, Vignette and CallMiner,
consulting firms including Grant Thornton and TriSynergy, and
telecommunications providers such as Time Warner Cable, Bright
House Networks, Level 3 and Suddenlink. Mr. Huber’s innovative
approach and depth of experience and will insure Future Health’s
leadership in the Electronic Health Records market.
